The BENEFITS OF MEDITATION are well orchestrated in the open literature. Guided Meditation has the additional advantage that you don't need to be an expert on meditation. You don't even need to know how to meditate. You need not worry if you are doing it right or wrong. Guided meditation can make your life much more enjoyable and balanced. Many people say that meditation has a transforming effect — they report major benefits in reducing stress and anxiety, mood disorders, insomnia, hypertension and other maladies.

No prior knowledge or experience is necessary. We request you find a quiet, comfortable and relaxing position, and join the call before the hour. Doors open 15 minutes in advance. If possible wear a headset (to avoid holding the phone in your hand) and be totally relaxed before coming on the call. To avoid distractions, doors will close 3 minutes after the hour.  The session last for 25 minutes. Some choose to naturally transition into sleep. With the benefit of peace, alignment and quantum coherence, you will sleep better and wake up more refreshed.

Checking in

Checking in for the guided meditation (GM - pronounced 'gym') is straight forward. After you call in, please give your name to the host. When requested by the host, please do a quick "scan" of yourself and report your state physically, emotionally and spiritually. Using a scale from 0 to 10 estimate your physical, emotional and spiritual state. For example, if you are feeling excited give yourself a 9 or 10. If you're feeling lousy, give yourself a 0 or 1. If you are in physical pain give yourself a low score. Continue to scan and report your status in four additional areas: intellectually, connectedness to community, connectedness to nature and the degree to which your needs are met. You're encouraged to be precise, yet a kind and gentle Observer. After this step is complete, mute yourself by pressing *6 on your telephone keypad and get ready for GM..

What to expect:
You can look forward to enhancing the Quality of your Life as a direct result of coherence and alignment (Holographic Quantum Coherence and Holographic Quantum Alignment, to be precise) During the first ten weeks of GM, you will naturally begin developing an enhancement in empathy and appreciation for yourself. As you follow along, you will reach a point where a kind of 'lasing action' or 'flooding' will occur, dramatically enhancing your empathy and appreciation for yourself - to a level you have never experienced before. What is happening is a transition from the quantum world to the ordinary world of enhanced blood flow, oxygen supply, oxygen consumption and metabolism - all happening naturally! You may even experience a level of euphoria. This is all wonderful! The underlying principle behind this, called stimulated emission, was described by Einstein in the 1920's
